Recipe taken from Divine Desserts Book
This is by far my most popular recipe, easy to make and everyone loves it.
1 cup (75g) of ground almonds
1 cup (75g) of ground seed mix
1 cup (75g) of cashew nuts
1 cup (75g) of dates
1 cup (75g) of cacao powder
1 tsp vanilla power
2 tbs of maple syrup.
1-2 tbs of water if needed at the end
Soak the dates and cashew nuts for between 15 minutes and 8 hours before blending allowing them to blend easier.
Drain off the water and place all the ingredients in a blender and blend till powder like.
Pour into a tin and press it flat down with your hands till it forms a bar, or you can roll them into balls and dip in cacao powder of coconut.
Place in the fridge to set for 15 minutes. Then it’s ready for you to cut up and eat.
This will make 20 bars or 25 balls and
will keep for over a week in the fridge.
