Banana Buckwheat Pancakes

1 1/2 cups buckwheat flour (this is gluten free) 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda 1 1/2 cup of plant milk - I use hemp milk 2 bananas 1 tsp cinnamon powder 3 dates In a blender mix the milk, bananas and dates until smooth. In a mixing bowl mix all the dry ingredients and the. Pour in the wet ingredients and mix together. In a pan heat 1 tsp coconut oil and then pour batter on in small circles. Wait until bubbles form then flip to other side. Cool through and serve with berries and maple syrup
