1 cup of nut butter I used almond
1/2 cup of maple syrup
1 Tbs vegan protein powder (optional)
1tsp jk supergreen mix (optional)
3 cup of puffed rice
Ina saucepan gently mix the nut butter with the maple syrup, then turn off heat and add in all the other ingredients.
Mix well and pour into a silicone pan,
Press flat and put into fridge or freezer to set.
