Raw chocolate brownies

These are probably one of my best creations. I came up with this recipe years ago and it’s a firm favourite with people of all ages.. today I brought some to my sons playgroup and people loved them so thought I would share the recipe with you all.


I love this recipe as its so simple simple its equal measures of all the ingredients. I love the America cup sizes but a cup can be any size you like for this


1 cup ground almonds

1 cup of hulled hemp seeds

1 cup of cashew nuts

1 cup of cacao powder

1 cup of pitted dates

3 Tbs of water

I like to add 1 Tbs of enrichd vanilla protein powder too (you can find that on my web shop)


place all the ingredients (except the water) into A food processor and blend till smooth, then add the water and whizz until you have a soft dough like mixture.

Pour this into a pan and press it flat. Place in the fridge for 20mins then cut and enjoy. Keep refrigerated. Will last for 1 week in the fridge or 1 month in the freezer
