Restorative Juice

Having just given birth 5 days ago my body is in need of gentle cleansing and restoring. I felt the pull of this juice today. I have used red foods as they are excellent for boosting the blood, green foods for cleansing and healing and white foods for rebuilding the vital life force. 

2 medium beetroots - supportive of liver function which helps remove excess hormones 

1 apple- rebuilding 

3 handfuls of greens - cleansing and detoxifying and well as mineral rich 

1 small handful of fresh picked blackberries- high in anthocyanins which are powder antioxidants 

3 drops of cbd oil- fat with vegetables and fruits helps the absorption increase
