Sweet Potato Brownies- vegan and gluten free

1 cup mashed sweet potato 1 cup gluten free flour 1 cup coconut sugar 1/2 cup cacao powder 200ml coconut cream 1 tsp vanilla powder 1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda Blend in food processor and pour into pan that has been greased with coconut oil and cook for 30mins at 160 or till cooked through
