Raw Vegan Fudge

This is one of my favourite desserts to make at superfood demo as you don’t need a blendar. Only four main ingredients and it tastes amazing.


  • 1/2 cup nut butter or you can use Tiger nut butter (which is actually not a nut so great if you have a nut allergy (your choice)

  • 1/2 cup coconut oil (melted)

  • 1/4 cup of maple syrup

  • 1/4 cup of cacao powder

  • 1 tsp JK green superfood mix (optional)

  • 1/2 tsp JK medicinal mushroom powder (optional)

Optional toppings - you can sprinkle the top with mulberries, hulled hemp seeds, goji berries and Incan berries if you like


  1. In a bowl add the nut butter and coconut oil and mix together until smooth

  2. Then add in the maple syrup and mix again

  3. Now add in the cacao powder and mix together

  4. Pour into a cake tin

  5. Place into the freezer to set (about 20min)

  6. Take out, slice and enjoy.
