Kiddie Boosting Smoothie
I have had a lot of messages from people this morning about my little one drinking his smoothie and asking for the recipe so here it is


Makes 4 smoothies
1/2 avocado
1 banana (frozen)
1/2 tsp jk supergreens
1/2 tsp jk vit c mix
1 tsp rice bran solubles (good source of vit e)
1 scoop of enrichd vanilla protein powder
handful of goji berries
handful of spinach leaves
2 dates pitted
3 -4cups of water (or water to desired thickness)
Place in blender and blend until smooth. If too thick add a bit more water
