Wild Woman Beltane Retreat

Join us for an incredible immersion into nuturing, fun, and deep connection in this 2 day retreat.. This is a non resenditial and can be done as a stand alone day or two days

Sat 10am start day includes, music, movement, nutrition, vegan lunch and dinner, cacao ceremony, rose initiation and trance dance as well as a beltane fire. 

Finishes st 8pm

Sunday 10-4pm includes superfoods lunch and snacks

This is a day of creative exploration of the goddess archetypes including photos (if you like)

Wild Woman Schedule - this is a loose schedule and subject to small changes

Sat 10-8pm the day will include:

Tantric breathing to awaken our pleasure centres and activate our creativity and lifeforce, a rose initiation, creative exercises, song, movement and lots of delicious food.. Plus learning about nutrition for women.

In the evening we will have a fire outside (or inside if raining) and do an ecstatic dance set.

(the day will include welcome drink, cacao, lunch and light dinner before dancing as well as a goody bag)

10-4pm

The day will include:

Welcome, cacao ceremony, 5 goddess archetype study, including embodiment, movement, meditation and breathwork. We will also be painting loving hearts and you will have an opp to have your photo taken as a goddess by Georgina Metcalfe (this is optional should you want it at the end of the day)
