Almond Biscuits

1 1/2 cups of ground almonds 1/2 tsp bicarbonate 1/2 cup coconut sugar or maple syrup 3 Tbs almond butter 2-3 Tbs water (add in at the end as needed to make a dough) Mix all the ingredients together until it is dough like and you can make balls. Place the balls onto a baking sheet or dehydration sheet and flatten out into a cookie shape and place a thumb hole in the middle. Bake in oven at 160 for 8-10 mins or in dehydrator for 4 hours. Half way through cooking make the thumb print bigger.


Either fill with a good Natural jam or make your own using fresh fruit and chia seeds or make a choc filling

1 small tin of coconut cream (use only the cream part)

2 Tbs of my raw chocolate and hazelnut spread

1tbs maple syrup

Melt ingredients at a low heat until well combined then leave to cool before using as a filling for the biscuits
