Pumpkin Latte



serves 4

1/2 cup pureed pumpkin or butternut squash

3 cups of hot plant milk

3 tbs maple syrup

1/2 tsp cardamon powder

1/2 tsp cinnamon powder

1/2 tsp Juliette’s Kitchen Longevity Coffee (optional)

Place all the ingredients into the blender and blend till frothy then serve.

There is nothing like cake at Christmas time! For those that seek a healthier option I’ve come up with this delicious raw cake.
