Chickpea muffins

1 cup of chickpea flour

1 cup of plant milk or water

3 Tbs olive oil 

Pinch of salt 

1/2 tsp vegan boullion 

1/2 tsp turmeric powder

1/2 tsp chilli powder (optional) 

Add all the ingredients into a bowl and mix well. This is now your batter that you ca. Add anything too

I like to sauté onions, chilli, courgettes and mushrooms then mix all into the batter and pour into muffin tins. 

Bake in the oven for 12-15 mins at 160. 

I like to eat it with salad and sauerkraut. This is from a catering job I did
