This is a great recipe that’s so quick and easy and versatile. I will write the basic recipe and then seasoning options. I use this a lot for myself and my little one. It’s great with nut butter on or as a wrap for avocado and salad, or used as a chapati with an india.
Simply mix the below ingredients together and lightly fry in each side until cooked.
You can add 1/2 tsp cumin and turmeric for an Indian feel, 1/2tso chilli powder and paprika for a Mexican wrap, chopped garlic and onion for an Italian feel, a handful of fruit and nuts for a sweeter treat .
1 cup chickpea flour
1/2 cup tapioca flour
1 cup water
Pinch of salt
