New exciting cake bar

2 cups of pitted dates 1 cup nut butter I use almond 2 Tbs water 1 cup of puffed rice 1 cup almonds 1/2 cup hulled hemp seeds 1/2 cup dried mulberries 1 small packet of chocolate pili nuts Chocolate topping Melt one dark chocolate bar or make your own chocolate (see my divine desserts book for recipe or in my article on raw chocolate on my blog) 2 Tbs coconut cream Method: Add dates and almond butter to food processor with water and make into a paste. Add in the rest of the ingredients and just lightly mix so still chunky. Press it firmly down in a baking tray or silicone tray. Melt chocolate and pour over the top and leave to set in fridge
