Everyone loves a biscuit but with healthy in mind I always like to create something that will nourish my family when they eat it. Today’s biscuits were a great success 1 cup oats 1 cup hulled hemp seeds 1/2 cup ground almonds 1/2 cup buckwheat flour 1/2 cup coconut sugar 1 scoop enrichd vanilla protein powder 2 Tbs hemp leave 2 bananas 1 cup water 1/2 cup melted coconut oil 1/2 cup cacao nibs or raw Choc pieces Add the banana, hemp leaf and water to a blender and whizz till smooth. In a bowl add all the other ingredients and mix together then add in the liquid and mix together. Place on a baking tray for 15mins at 160 or until golden. Leave to cool and eat and enjoy.
